As a costume coordinator, she has worked on Lulu (Shinjuku Bunka Kaikan) and Carmen (Kanagawa Kenmin Hall) with Tokyo Nikikai Opera.
Mariko was nominated for Best Costume Design of a Play or Musical category for SUMO at BroadwayWorld San Diego in 2024.
